I have really enjoyed my Nest Hello video doorbell. The video quality is great and it is also great at alerting me when detecting movement. The one thing I would change is just to have smaller adapter that is more compatible with the housing of standard doorbell chimes.

Picks up motion for a wide range and let’s us know who is at the door. We wanted this for packages left at the house and to monitor people trying to get in my Jeep. Install wasn’t very difficult, but my physical doorbell has Been malfunctioning recently and I’m wondering if it is just old or if it’s user error.. it isn’t a huge deal because the Nest alerts our phones so we know more reliably than the doorbell (which sometimes we couldn’t hear anyway). I was skeptical at how good the vision would be at a distance at night but it picks up motion in the road and the quality is still pretty good. I enjoy looking back at the recordings of me leaving and coming home with my dogs and seeing them from a different perspective.

The doorbell was easy to install (check the compatibility first!) and get working. The product is great and shows a much wider field of vision that I had expected, the night vision in my opinion is also a lot better than described.

I've got a Ring doorbell at my office and a Nest doorbell at home. I prefer the Nest for a number of reasons. Biggest difference is the Nest can actually view surroundings at night. Installation was pretty simple and I am not super handy.

Living in a townhouse community, this easy-to-install, high resolution camera offers all the security we need. Save yourself money in expensive monitoring systems and give this Nest doorbell a try.

Awesome doorbell camera! I was going between the Ring and this one and glad I went with the NEST. It's been reliable and the video quality is great. Install was easy and it's nice having my nest thermostat and this all in one app.

I was initially worried about the installation process because my home-handyman skills are quite underdeveloped; however, after watching several videos from the manufacturer and from you-tuber electricians, everything went smoothly. You do have to be sure to type in your Internet router’s security ID, rather than your Wi-Fi network password. I love receiving instant activity notifications directly to my Apple Watch. Video quality is great, and the picture covers my entire front porch and door. Am eager to see how it holds up to the cold Minnesota winter. Quality of the device and app appear to be very good.

Google Nest products are amazing. Easy to install and work fantastic with all Nest products. I was able to use the talk/video the next day and it sounds and looks awesome.

Best door bell in the market, no batteries need it, easy to install and is very reliable. The face recognition its one of my favorite features. And you can change the seasonal ring bell sound.

Easy to install, excellent picture, syncs perfect with apple products...you won’t be disappointed...best purchase of the year. By the way, ever since I installed this camera doorbell, my packages are being left at my door neatly organized!!!

Bought this doorbell because it was cheaper than buying one from CPI. Easy to install and works great with the app to see who is at the door. Clear image as well.

I use to own the ring and switched to the nest. So far so good. I can here and see people clearly. I did have trouble with set up as the nest products do not work well with wifi boosters. I had a linsksy Atlas 6 and the doorbell would not connect. Once I disconnected the Atlas the doorbell connected immediately and worked great. I like that you can pick what you want to be allerted to...the choices are people sound or motion. It is a bit pricey but it does work and the pictures are super clear and the sound is great.

Very happy with this doorbell cam. No wifi trouble and never misses an event. Captures whole event, even seconds before. Clear video and photos. Fairly easy install with the app instructions and video.

The doorbell camera works just fine. My doorbell is pointed 90 degrees from my front door do I'm not getting the fields of vision that I had hoped for even using the piece that came with it to tilt it more towards facing front. What I get now is at 110 degrees facing front. I'm sure there are other devices that are aftermarket that will cure this but it's been too cold to really fix this. The camera is great. Everything works as advertised. I had to have a tech come out and install because my transformer didn't give out enough voltage. That was disappointing and another $150. Would I do it again? Yes. I know a battery option is out there but I didn't want to go that way and have a hole where the old door bell was.

Very easy to install took a novice like myself maybe 20 minutes. Excellent video quality and affordable price options for viewing and storing. Highly recommend this product so long as Google doesn't mess with it.

Super easy to install. The Nest app walks you through absolutely everything. Video quality is great during the day and night. Notifications are a little annoying at times but every easy to change in the Nest app.

Best Video Doorbell cams! Glad I bought two of these for my house. I have installed and used Ring and Simplisafe products at other properties, which I also like. But Nest Hello is hands down faster with best quality and features for the price. I have never had technical issues, disconnection issues from wifi, lost or missing video issues, and the delay of onset and video lag I get with the others and I’m using these over wifi. I invested the have an electrician run wiring for me to get these up and running. Great quality and investment.
