my family and I have numerous Nest products which work flawlessly. This doorbell camera is no exception. Set up is simple and the quality is great.

It is so wonderful to be able to see who is at the door with out having to get there , easy to install and good quality

the video from it looks great with lots of detail on my iphone. The video is clear both day and night. It was fairly easy to install. I recommend it.

Excellent door bell camera with a good view of the area where you set it up. Set up is easy, and it works well wirelessly with the app.

FAR superior to all other smart home camera doorbells. I have neighbors with other brands and having the opportunity to see the 1. quality of the doorbell itself, 2. video quality, 3. syncing with your smartphone/smart home accessories, 4. ease of install... THIS DOORBELL comes in first in all categories. I don't care if I'm not a member of the 'ring neighborhood watch' ... that's so gimmick. if you want a safe, reliable camera doorbell, and security is something you value, get this one.

Moved from a Ring Video Doorbell 2 to this. This is a far superior product. Installation is about the same, with the added step of the included chime. Video quality seems improved and wifi reception is more stable in the same location. Unlike the Ring, this does not require a battery (a plus in my book, since I hated having to charge the Ring battery even though it was hard-wired). Nest app is better with a better user interface. Monitoring is more expensive, but with multiple cameras it’s close to being the same price, but Ring does store video longer.

Good image and nice range of view. Since being purchased by Google, being able to display the camera on your Smart TV has gone away. Was a nice feature when it was just Nest. Spent an hour with Google tech support and they told me I had to get a Chromecast device for it to work again. I can get an announcement through my Sonos system in conjunction with SmartThings to work, so the voice is better than the doorbell as it does not make my dogs start barking when someone is at the door. SmartThings will also pop a notification up on certain Samsung TV's, but still no image. A little pricey, but does work well.

Not only does this record when someone Rings your Bell but whenever it senses motion which is wonderful .. the video is very clear makes my neighborhood look so beautiful..

Camera was easy to setup a use and very responsive, i had the camera for a month and i am impressed with it. Picture quality and notifications and alerts.

I love it, easy install...even I can do it. Looks great, works great with my google home hub, mini and apple watch. Nice video. Glad I invested. Feel somewhat safer

Mixed review here. This was definitely a good purchase. I love that it wires into my existing doorbell (no batteries needed). I accept that in order to record/save video I need a Nest Aware subscription. One hickup - the AI isn't quite refined enough. It is suppose to detect things like People and Packages in addition to Motion. It's missed a couple of detections. Likewise for general Motion - the documentation claims it tries to sort out what you want to see vs not, but it still misses some notifications. To guarantee you capture everything, you need the Nest Aware "Plus" plan, or take a chance on missing the occasional detection.

My wife and I love this product. We already have other Nest products, so we decided to go with this rather than Ring. It was easy to install and the video quality is great.

Works great. Easy to setup and self install. You do have to buy a subscription to take advantage of the products best features (can be used without subscription but is very limited). Can be a little to sensitive at times.

Installation was easy both on the hardware and software side. The only complication was internal to the house, nothing to do with the doorbell. It works well with the Nest app and the Google Home app. One useful trick I learned was that you could use an external battery pack to power the doorbell prior to final installation to ensure you place it at a good height that you're happy with. I think I had to go back and clear the cached WiFi data, but it provided a good piece of mind for the small amount of hassle it added.

I was gifted this product back when I first purchased my home and it was a blessing! It helps a lot with peace of mind. You can see every person that comes to your door and you can purchase a yearly or monthly fee to save your recordings too. I bought this for my sister who also lives on her own and had an unfortunate situation happen in her neighborhood that made her feel scared and unsafe. I helped her research for the best deal, and of course BestBuy had it. She received it in less than 24 hours. Doesn't get better than that! Bestbuy is my go to!

We looked at other doorbell products but I am so glad we picked this one. The setup in particular was so easy but the video quality itself is great, better than others.

Doorbell provides great video quality and easily integrates with all my other Nest products. Love the face and package recognition.

Have several Nest products including Nest protects and Nest Yale locks. Recently changed from a Ring to a Nest Hello. Installation was easy. Since then everyday it losses wifi connection or communication with the Nest app even though I have a Google mesh system all over my house with no problems with any other wifi products but this one. Have contacted Nest several times about the issues but no one can seem to correct the problems. When it does have wifi & app connection, it works great. Picture & notifications are very good. If Nest can repair the connection issues, I would revise my review.
