The doorbell and camera work exactly as expected. The field of view is great and allows for pretty clear views all the way out to our driveway and mailbox (approximately 10 yards). It also comes right up on our hub device and alerts us when someone is at the door - just what we were looking for!

I actually wanted one for Christmas and got it - I bought this for my mother and she loves it too. We have NEST thermostat and I love that one app controls everything - I love all the options for notification - noise - motion - packages - even around the holidays there are fun holiday rings. its very important to me to be able to have an eye on things especially if we aren't home.

The doorbell I bought Best Buy (not Best But's fault) would not pair with my phone. I spoke to Nest help and the first guy I spoke to was useless. Second guy was good and said they would replace it in 5-7 days. I said that was disappointing and received the replacement in two days. Installation of that one went smoothly, made the instructions look good. You will have to subscribe to the Nest service to be able to see more than the person at your door at the moment but it doesn't seem outrageously expensive.

Easy to install with clear directions Like the quality

Decent product that I wanted to love. Works well for live streaming, but set up, sharing, and subscription only recording and lock features make it difficult to fully love. Set up requires both Nest app and google home. Sharing is performed on google home allowing others to many actions and devices on the same home. Events only last 3 hours and have a snap shot which may miss or not provide a clear picture.

This is a great security doorbell. However Best Buy has not done well at how to program it on our phones. The person who installed was great. Got it on one phone but he had no idea how to get it on a second photo. So we contacted Nest. They walked us through putting it on the other phone but then I found it affected my phones capability. So still trying to figure it all out

Really like this new technology and able to see who comes to my front door whether we are at home or not. App allows me to access it at work and check on things. Install was easy since I had a free install with Geek Squad which was the bomb. Only drawback is the technician could have done a better job on the cosmetic side and left some wires visible. I will need to reinstall it to correct but he did the main install and saved me time.

I originally bought the ring doorbell. After almost 2 weeks of the doorbell going in and out I just decided to return it and try something else, and I am so happy that I did. The install on the nest was super fast and easy and doesn't require you to change the transformer if it isn't strong enough unlike the Ring. It's compatible with mostly any and all doorbells and was easy to install in 5-10 minutes top.

Not too bad of an install. A little bulky but works. The door bell has a good camera. 2 way voice works great. Notifications can be laggy.

Despite being a wired device, after owning it for two years the internal battery went out and I had to buy a new doorbell. Normally I’m a fan of most Google products, but they dropped the ball with this one.

Nest doorbell is great. Very impressed with the quality of the camera. Easy installation.

Like almost all video doorbells it requires a subscription to use all of its features, mainly extra storage and face recognition. The low light caves features of Hello are a great deal better than what I've seen from Ring and others. The Facial recognition is great as well. A new feature they have is package delivery notification. I also like that it's hardwired and has a battery backup.

Easy to install with great image quality even in the dark. It does offer face recognition, but it does not consistently identify people. Still, it’s a nice enough feature. Now that I’ve had it for 30 days, I do plan on paying for the Nest Aware service. It’s worth it for the $6 per month, which is cheaper than adding it to my alarm company.

High quality video with lots of features. Easy to install

This by far is the best video doorbell on the market! The video quality is great, the smart notification alerts I received promptly, and with the nest subscription service you can scroll through and see any missed events that were not detected by motion. I also love that they provide holiday themed ringtones for various holidays during the year
