It takes some time to learn how to use and set up to get maximum results for your home situation and needs. We are very happy with the quality of the video. We like that we don't have to pay for storage. It has a good amount of video storage internally. We can greet people with a audio reply if we want to speak with someone at the door.

Can't say enough good things about this doorbell. Live monitoring, facial recognition, easy video playback, excellent microphone and speaker with pre-recorded voices to answer to visitors. Best security device I've ever purchased. Even announces when "someone is at the door" all over my house via the Google Minis, Home Hub or Max I have in every room. Even shows video feed via Home Hub.

It’s the best. The picture is very clear and you ca setup zones.

Can't go wrong with Nest. Installation is easy. App is good. Although you might have issues if you don't have proper the proper voltage box for the doorbell. I tried a video doorbell from Eufy and actually like it. The problem is how long it takes for its video to show on Google Hub or Chromecast. I also wanted continuous recording without another onsite device so opted for Nest Aware.

This gadget is remarkable. Unbelievable what this thing picks up, hears or sees. The quality of video/audio is great. Did not buy subscription for any extra features or cloud based accounts. Straight out of the box and does everything I need.

Camera quality is good, night vision is really good, however there should be a feature whereby you can stop the alerts from cars driving by like the competitor to NEST. Also, NEST should include a local street/community forum feature (again like the competitor) so that you know about suspicious activity caught on a NEST camera near you.

Pros: good image quality, good low light shots, easy to install, a notification is sent when the doorbell rings, you can talk to person at the door via the app Cons: $6 monthly cost for images only, no video opt unless you upgrade to a $12 subscription, the app is laggy, notification are delayed, the camera goes offline for a good portion of the day

I am so happy with this product. The view is amazing and so easy to install and use. Doesnt take up much wifi so wont crash your gaming. If you buy the year service to save more you will also be happy. Super cheap to buy for a year (works with out subscription) makes it easier to sleep at night.

Have had this for almost a year and it works great. Took a little bit of time to install with the house wires and chime but no problems after that. It is very user friendly and is easy to customize from different detection zones to turning the chime off. I did choose the subscription and feel it is worth it.

Before I begin you need a transformer. They sell at hardware store. You need the same transformer as a doorbell. Do Not Blow up your Google Nest Hello like I did. Out of all the doorbells this has facial recognition and you can view who is your door by looking at cellphone. You can even talk to them thru your phone. I should of purchased a long time ago
