Incredible product. So easy to install. Video quality is great. Big Nest fan.

Really like the doorbell it was super easy to install and setup that was a plus. we like all the features that is has just wish that we didn't have have to get a subscription for recording like the Nest cameras they come with a good features like the Free Events - with the doorbell you are forced to pay for the subscription. otherwise you don't get recording features at all.

This brings my family and I so much peace of mind.

Between the Nest app and some YouTube videos, all information was straightforward. Installation was a breeze, after I figured out that I needed to actually remove my old doorbell button to check voltage compatibility. (Not covered in app or online instructions.) Video from doorbell is sharp, clear and consistently good, even in low light. Highly recommended for Google Home users.

I installed the Nest Hello on the door of my shop and it has performed better then expected. It get great video in all lighting conditions and has a great perspective of the area it covers. I used the angle plate to change the video capture area and it is perfect. The audio capture is fantastic as well. Recommend this for anyone looking for a great video door bell.

We've been needing to get a new doorbell for some time. We knew we wanted something with video, because it's so annoying to have people ring the bell and you don't know who it is until you open the door. The nest doorbell is all the things you could ask for in a doorbell. My husband had a pretty easy time installing it. Do keep in mind it's wired. Our previous one was wired, so this wasn't a problem. It captures quite a wide area and when someone rings the doorbell you get a notification on your phone. This is especially great if you're at work and you get a delivery. You can also set a perimeter, where it will notify you if there is motion within that perimeter. At first we had made it too big so anytime a car passed by on the street it would notify us. We made the perimeter smaller and now it works fine. If you want to have video backed up for 5 or up to 30 days, nest has monthly or yearly subscriptions. We plan on getting the home cameras as well, so for us $50 a year is well worth it. It allows us to see live or previous video and with the subscription you can even have it recognize people who you know under "familiar faces". It also allows you to hear and speak with whoever is at the door. You can either press the microphone on your phone and speak or select an automated response. I'm so glad we finally went ahead and purchased this. It was definitely worth it!

Originally, we were owners of a Ring doorbell but decided to switch to the Nest Hello simply because of looks. The Ring was a bulky box but Nest Hello just looked more elegant and skinnier on our wall. To our surprise the video quality on the Nest was better and more responsive as well. Its a bit pricier but well worth it for my situation.

We bought this device because for some reason our rental property front door does not have a peephole. I wanted something to improve security so that I would not have to open the door blindly. The image is crystal clear and works all the time. I am very happy with this product.

Excellent device to monitor those who are at your door. Be aware that there is a subscription needed if you want to store a few days or more in the cloud. Otherwise, I believe it just records and stores 3hrs of video. Stream of video is very clear and audio quality is not bad for such a small device.
