I am very pleased with the quality of the picture and sound from this video doorbell. I can see who is at my door much better than by looking through the peep hole. The field of vision is much better also. Install was done by the Geek Squad very quickly and efficiently. I was fortunate not to have to buy a chime and transformer to go with it.

Great quality picture and easy instructions for install

The Nest video doorbell is so amazing. We had another brand that used batteries and when I would have to replace them, it would never go back together again and became worthless. The Nest has been fantastic and gives a much better image.

Very good product overall. Easy to set up if you can follow basic wiring diagrams. Opted for the 5 day recording service. Very helpful if you have kids coming home from school. Downside is I can’t buy anything fun because my spouse will see the UPS/FedEx guy deliver now LOL

I love this doorbell-camera. It is very clear and , I dare say, smart! I don't have an existing wired doorbell, but found a great Nest tutorial on YouTube for setting it up using a regular plug. I use the Google Nest Home hub Max, the chime and announcement is excellent! I love the way they interact with each other.

We’ve had the nest cameras for several years, and adding the doorbell camera was just an added bonus. It really widens up what we can see at the front of the house. The picture is better than “the other brand” that some of my friends have!

So far we like the nest doorbell. Picture quality is good. App is easy to see and talk with people.

Upgraded fro the Ring v1. Easy to install . Don’t really need to install the doorbell ring piece if you own any google hub, speaker or chrome cast. The door bell announces itself on all of these devices . If google had a neighborhood app feature like the ring does I would’ve given this product 5 stars.

I've had one on my front door since they were first released and finally bought a second for the back door - I should have done it sooner. They work exactly how I'd like them to, and they make monitoring my house when I'm not around very easy. Pair them with some indoor cameras and you have an awesome security system!

A solid piece of equipment and works well. The set up through Google Home/Nest was super easy (once you work through the Nest stuff). Only draw back has to do with the plate to put it on the wall... we ended up doing two trips to Home Depot to get a blank plate to make it work right. Our house is older (84) and the door bell plate was not industry standard.

Love the nest, love that it does face recognition. Great picture quality and very clear.

We recently purchased a new house last year and decided to go with Nest doorbell verses Ring since we have the Nest thermostat and smoke detectors. I now only have to have one app for all my Nest items. And the video quality is amazing. We had the Ring doorbell at our other house, it did what it needed to do but I would choose Nest over Ring any day.

The first day we installed this we had an unexpected cable TV man show up at our door. He was 7 days early but happened to be in the neighborhood. We would not have had the opportunity even know he was here as we were not at the house. Cable problems solved early and now we feel safer and grateful we will never missing another caller
