Easy to install. Great quality. Best purchase ever!!!

Was easy to install. My wife and I did it ourselves. The app interface works well. We already had 2 Nest Thermostats. It integrated easily with Google and our Pixel 3 XLs. My only gripe is you have to pay for the Nest Aware. You get a 30 day free trial. You still get alerts, but Aware provides zones, facial recognition and history.

We purchased the Nest Hello as an addition to our Nest system that we are building for our home. It was an excellent purchase. The camera quality is perfect. It has a wide lens so we can see our entire front yard and the cross street. Also, it was easy to integrate into the rest of our Nest products.

This camera was very easy to install. The Nest app provides step by step instructions, though is you switch apps at any time, you have to restart the instructions back at the beginning. If your doorbell is perpendicular to the door, like mine, you will need to buy an extra mounting kit, but it’s worth it.

I really like this. My only two "eh's" about it are 1. There seems to be a delay between ringing the doorbell and the notification to the phone. (did some research, seems to be a known issue.) 2. I know it's made by Google, but they really should be implementing compatibility with Apple's Homekit/Siri. It's 2020.

This is my second Nest product. I have used an outdoor camera for a few years and love it. I just added the Doorbell camera. It was so easy to hook up. Basically unhooked the old doorbell button and installed this one. The chime was easy to hook up too. The whole process from start to finish took 15 minutes. Video and Audio are awesome!!

I chose the Nest because of the fast response time and ease of installation. So far, everything has work great and we haven’t experienced any dropped WiFi signals. I like the fact that my doorbell stays the same chime and that I get notifications right away. It has a clear picture and also works well with Alexa.

I had to have someone install it because I'm not very good with that sort of thing, but once I got it up and running it has been a dream. Especially with how things are now, being notified instantly when someone is outside and if a package was delivered (or retrieved) is incredibly useful. I'm so glad I got it.

Easy installation..Good quality video plus easy install

Great product as long as you don’t mind subscribing to their storage service. Up front you get a few months free, but after that it is 5+ bucks a month. The doorbell is easy to install and has a crystal clear picture. Our WiFi is a bit slow so we have to upgrade to handle the draw of the live stream. Being able to talk to the person at the door is a neat feature that we use to call the kids in from playing outside. (It is that loud)

Great video doorbell option and has a solid camera that provides good quality images. I preferred the non-battery option because of the lack of need to charge the battery and I read that that version does not provide as solid of video quality.

I've had Hello for 3+ months now, it has worked great the whole time. We subscribed to Nest Aware. It was easy to install since we already had a wired doorbell with indoor chime. If you do not have an indoor chime I would probably choose another doorbell. Nest has some of the best customer service around.

So we had some issues to start off with the camera. I installed myself and was good for a day then would go on and off hundreds of times a day. I have an issue with the existing wiring. I did purchase a power cord for it just haven’t installed. My chime on the wall just hums 24/7 like it’s getting power from the doorbell. Easy fix really. Still love the camera. Install can just be tricky

We bought this for my in-laws, we already have one at my house. Setup is super easy, the app and interface is awesome. I do love the option to continually record and the way that you can just scroll through a few days of footage at a time is really cool. I prefer this to the other door bell cameras on the market.

Everyone likes NEST so I have not much to say but a combination of NEST and BEST buy is rewarding. I got all the support for the functioning of the doorbell. I have had this as my second best door bell and would strongly recommend.

I had purchased the ring and I'm looking in reviews and doing some research online I returned it before even opening it because the nest doorbell is a thousand times better. Night vision camera is much clearer and you can actually distinguish who's at the door and the simple fact that the camera record all day and not only one activated is amazing.

Purchased this for our front door to add a bit of security and convenience. Works great with one issue -- if you have 2 doorbells on the same transformer, it may not be strong enough to power the video function. So far it is working fine despite this issue, although I plan on upgrading my doorbell transformer.

This was a fantastic purchase. If you understand that Google and every other technology service is using your data (anonymously) for their gain, and realize that when they OFFER you more benefits from it, that you're not actually giving up anything you'd notice, you can freely benefit from the services the the Google suite has to offer. I am happily convenienced by the Google Assistant. I am gladly updated when packages arrive and when people pass my front door by the Nest Hello. It shows us all kinds of things we were never aware of. It also knows when I come and go, not that Google needed help with that already, bc I keep my location on in my phone. Installation was easy and in my case, I am using a separate, remote power supply as I installed at my peephole (bc I have no doorbell). It attaches firmly to the door. I used an aftermarket power supply kit with a 6m cord. Everything for connectivity was straight forward and easy.
