Love nest door bell Can see everyone at my door from my phone anywhere ! Records all actions and memorizes faces it knows! Now has seasonal door bell sounds ! But best part is the feeling of safety I get ! Can see whose there and talk before I open door ! Love it

Had this at the old house and bought this for our new house. Love it then and love it now ! Easy to install + love the chimes! Does everything you need to do and more :) ! There’s other brands out there but we are a Nest Family

I didn't think it'd be useful but oh boy. You need a set of eyes looking out your door at anytime. and makes you sleep easier. Not that anything happened but gives you comfort. very good quality product. only annoying part is that you have to pay money to watch prior events.

This video doorbell works as advertised. You see people when they are at your door. You see these videos in the news today capturing unexpected events that can be used as evidence for justice. The security factor should be enough to justify the purchase. Oh yeah, it's also a doorbell.

The video doorbell has made me feel so comfortable. I am notified and get video of every time someone approaches my front door. I have given my mailman and the amazon delivery person names as they are at my door nearly every day. The installation was very simple. I love this product.

This is my 4th Nest Hello. Installation it was not difficult but did require me to make a custom angled mounting board to get a proper view. Over 2 year and 4 installs I have had one fail after several months Nest support was great they walked me through troubleshooting steps to verify the problem and quickly provided a replacement.

i bought this over one year ago and its very handy! easy to install . all you need to do i download the application and follow the instructions. it comes with the angle bracket to tilt the camera so it can have better view. specially if there is a wall or something else blocking the view, i love this!

Google nest cam has an amazing video quality. During the day and through the night. Love the added security it brings to my home. Cons: the monthly membership. You could only change the doorbell sounds during the holidays.

First of all let me say that everything about this product as far as hardware and ease of installation is fantastic. However, what I didn’t know is that the functionality as a smart “video” doorbell won’t work unless you have Nest Aware. The app tracks movement, people, and sounds....but only a screenshot of the event and for the last 3 hours. You’ll still be able to interact with someone who rings the doorbell and see them in live view, but you won’t be able to view video of someone taking off with your package, but merely a selected Screenshot from the event that may or may not even include the persons face. This seems severely upsetting. After paying $200 for something I shouldn’t be expected to continue to pay for the actual functionality of the device.

Integrates perfectly with the other smart devices in our home. Excellent picture quality and it's proven durable and reliable in all sorts of weather. I also like the thinner, sleeker look of the product, which made it easier to replace the existing doorbell.

Great doorbell! Great quality picture and audio, plus I like that we are able to turn the speak option on and hear at the same time. Plus the features that come with it are very helpful. I also like the at it incorporates into all of our products.

I purchased this just to keep an eye on packages. I have never had a problem, but the extra eye in the sky gives me peace of mind. The delay in getting the message on my phone is a little off. But that is not an issue with me. I also had no problems with Google home and Nest both being used.

Physical install was fairly straight-forward. Spend sometime trying to shut-off power to the doorbell, but apparently there isn't one. So, went ahead and did the replacement. Had to re-do the Nest setup - and reset the doorbell. but, after about half-hour, it's all setup and done.

The Nest primary functions - videos, pics and alerts triggered by sound or motion - are as advertised and work well. Sharp pics and video with very little lag time between visitors and alerts. My only issue and caution is its ability to trigger my existing, mechanical chime/doorbell. Without that ability you are dependent on app alerts through your phone when visitors are at the door. I measured and have the required voltage (16 - 20 V), but the chime is still a mystery. Support and FAQs do not adequately address and I've been through all the trouble shooting routines without success. Also - Nest Hello "experts" are recommended in Google instructions and videos, but there are none listed in our area.

I had the Ring door and was tierd of missing people when the bell rang because of a long delay and it activated after they left the yard. The nest provided all the safety and comfort I needed when the bell rang. It has quick response, facial recognition, 5days nonstop recording and easy to setup.

Love my nest cameras, have them all over inside and outside but I prefer the Ring doorbell. Easier to use and if the nest system goes down or I cannot connect this acts as a backup. With all the packages being delivered these days at all times of the day and night I want to make sure I know when they arrive.

They make you connect something to the inside doorbell mechanist so that felt kind of unnecessary, other than that it's a great door bell, good camera and works well with nest app

I returned my ring pro and switched my complete ring system to a complete nest system. This hands down is better in every way. It always is recording, identifies faces, streets, and gives specific notifications. Ring does none of this. I highly recommend this over ring (which I had ring for 4 years).

The a quality is amazing on this product. Best video camera I’ve owned quiet a few brands. Only reason why I can’t give it 5 stars is because you have to be very tech savvy to be able to set this up and pair up with the rest of your smart tech in your home. I’m very tech savvy and I’m still trying to figure out a few things.

This is my first video doorbell. Was little skeptical about going with battery or wired one. I am glad that I made a wise choice. The Installation was easy, just follow the instruction on the app and it hardly takes 15 minutes to install. The video quality was good and so far, I love it.
