The Nest Hello was easier to install than my original Ring Doorbell for the most part. The only difficult part was doing the attachment to the door chime which took a while to figure out. Nest was really pushing to have it done by their "pro's". The wedge piece was not large enough and had to purchase a 3rd party product from Amazon.

I work in the basement during the day and our dog is always barking at something out front so I love being able to see if it's a package being dropped off, or just someone going by! Very helpful!! Works great. A couple times it's gone off line and I'm not sure why and had to reconnect it to the wifi but it's not hard.

Been slowly replacing my Ring Cameras with Nest Cameras. They are way more reliable and I never have connection problems trying to view each alert. Setup was easy and the provided power cord gives plenty of room for spacing.

Works great and enjoy watching the videos. Caught a skunk walking across our porch in the wee hours of the am. Feel safer having this security when not at home. Like it can be hooked to phone and reviewed. Recommend highly.

Excellent doorbell, used it for two years, and it last so well. Have the subscription too. Makes delivery people be more aware of your packages too!! Overall Ben great with the in app & hub.

loved the feature of it playing seasonal music for the ring. SUCKS it only worked for Christmas then stopped and option to use this feature disappeared not able to do it any longer. Otherwise picture quality good during the day and ok at night.

Easy to install for me. We loved the first one so much we added a second one to our place. Video and audio quality is awesome for our needs. Software to use this device is user friendly.

I don't have to be in the house to talk to someone at the door. If I don't want to talk to sales people face to face especially during this COVID-19 period, I don't have to be at the door. This is great!

I did research between the ring and hello nest and decided to go with hello nest and I went look back. So easy to install since the app takes you through a step by step process and the video comes up fast on my phone when it detects motion. Definitely a great purchase

I wanted something to replace my regular doorbell that broke. It is nice to be able to see and talk to people. I have not upgraded to the Nest Aware product, but I am thinking about it. The basic see and talk is fine for now.

Camera was really easy to connect. Takes maybe 10 minutes when you follow all instructions on app. Wish the resolution was a bit better. Nice that it could be included in the cloud with your other Nest cameras.

This door bell is very Easy to set up and no expert installation is needed. Few simple steps and it integrates with google home , it works like a charm, this is definitely one of the best product I purchased this year.

Excellent doorbell withe great video quality! What I like best about this device is that the video is captured in a timely manner. No more missed events on video. I also like the integration wiht my google smart devices.

Nest has been always spot on with all if the products that it offers, this is no exception. really good quality, both looks and perfomance wise. I wish nest charges for cloud were a bit lower, as with more products the cost of ownership suddenly starts to rise.

Awesome doorbell, I would recommend purchasing a compatible plate to install the doorbell on. It looks much cleaner. The Nest software is awesome and the quality of video is great.

Best smart doorbell on the market. High quality video and audio with simple installation. All the features needed from a doorbell to keep an eye on your packages or talk to someone at the door when you are not home.

This Google Nest video doorbell camera works ok. Just not perfect. Sometimes it has no sound with video clips and it don’t have sound when viewing live. Not sure if that’s how it works or it’s defective. The field of view isn’t as good as some competitors cameras. Overall it just gets good.

Great quality video doorbell. If you use Next/google products already it's a great fit. App is very helpful to walk you through the install. One thing to note, to get the most out of this product you'll need to sign of for the nest aware service that will be a recurring cost

This is an amazing piece of technology. I see my cats at the door and also when people show up. I was able to talk with the delivery guy for package drop offs and where to put them. It let's me know when the family leaves and comes home. I'm a happy dad.

Bought this one for my in-laws, we’ve had one for 18 months. It integrates well with our google home and was easy to install. The one wrinkle on the install was I had to upgrade the transformer on the chime. I just wish there was more options to store video other than paying for a service.
