We purchased this smart doorbell as part of a broader home improvement, and have been delighted with its performance and utility. It fit in place of our existing doorbell, unlike its competitors, and is of the highest quality.

The doorbell was easy to install. And nest software easy to configure on my network. What could be improved: The main reason why I bought it was for the facial recognition. My fault for doing more research on this, but I was hoping it would integrate with my Google Photos since Google and Nest are one big happy family... Right? Sadly, Nest's facial recognition is very weak, since it's constantly asking me to verify my kids and return visitors. Resolution is blurry beyond my front porch. The Nest system keeps dropping offline, which unfortunately timed poorly with someone hitting my neighbors mailbox which is in my view. What's the point if it's not going to work when you need it?

Absolutely the best purchase. We owned a Skybell video doorbell prior to the Nest and had tons of problems. The Nest solved them all. Super easy set up, amazing picture quality, cool features, great connectivity with the google home.

Love this , literally can see everything day or night and can’t wait for the new Nest Aware subscription plans to be released and then add on Nest IQ outdoor cameras.

It works well and it was easy to link to my Google Nest home. there is sometimes a slight lag in connecting and allowing me to visualize my front door. I'm not sure if this is a function of my WiFi, the Google Nest home, the doorbell cam or some combination of these.

The Best Buy technician came out and installed the product quickly. It is nice to see who is at the door via video. The doorbell works great with our other Nest products. Couldn’t be happier!

Good quality video, and solid wifi connection. The Continuous video is a fake changer for catching things that the motion sensor doesn’t. Overall, a really good device.

I bought the Google Hello to add to our smart home. We love it! Being able to see who is at our door and speak to them without needing to answer is great! We can even see when packages get delivered. Love this!

I really like the facial and packaging recognition features. It also sends notifications to my phone immediately. Highly recommend!! Once you scan the QR Code in Nest app, the install walks you thru every step.

This is a great devise to have. I can see who is at my door and never get off the couch. Wonderful security. I can also talk to them and don't have to open door or ignore bit I still know who was here.

This thing is great! Paired with the home hub, I can see who is ringing the doorbell from the kitchen or my office! It wasnt hard to install - there are plenty of videos on youtube that can assist you. I love this thing!

Install was fairly simple but there is some quirkiness with getting your mechanical doorbell to work with this doorbell. Had to turn on some settings in the app then worked as expected.

Very responsive and time-sensitive. Easy to set-up and install. It has an installation option to widen the capture angle by 15 degrees on blocked view. Glad I chose the Nest.

I bought this for my mother. She loves to know who is at her door before answering and this new doorbell is working out great for her. Definitely recommend professional installation. They will knock it out in no time.

I’ve researched between nest and ring. Chose the nest due to HDR for visibility in different lightning conditions. It’s super clear day and night. The best Feature is the fact it records everything 24/7 instead of during incidents.

The Nest doorbell is a great addition to our home. We feel much safer since we installed it. It’s very cool to be able to monitor the front of our home from anywhere we are.

The setup was very easy. the app works very well. Google Assistant support works very well. The video quality, even at night, is very good. The intercom functionality comes in very handy.

I recently switched from Ring to Google Nest Hello. The quality is much better than Ring and combined with the Nest Aware subscription for This and my cameras makes this combo a fantastic purchase value.

We absolutely love this doorbell. Had a few issues hooking it up but figured it out quickly. Only issue is when our internet goes out, but that’s not the product’s fault.
