Great product. Better than Ring and cheaper recording subscription if you have multiple cameras. OVERPRICED as are all Nest products, but they work great with each other and the app.

I would recommend a door camera to everyone. Setup was easy and it works perfectly. I get alerts every time anyone comes close to my door and the video quality is excellent. Highly recommended!

Best purchase ever! the video quality is great and the sound quality is much better than i expected. I will be coming back to buy other cameras for the rest of the out side of the home.

My family feels more safe now that we can see who is at our front door safely and securely and respond accordingly. Plus the Nest app makes it easy to monitor our other devices such as the smoke and thermostat devices.

Easy setup. The NEST eco system is nice. Can’t really complain except for last week something happened globally with the service lol…but yeah…it’s just the new trend

This product works well. I gave it four stars because sometimes there is a lag in response time to upload to my phone. I love the fact that it works with my other google products and can ID familiar faces. Also, you can talk to the person through the phone, even if you are not phone.

A must for security and peace of mind. Clear and sharp videos, to let you know who is at the door before opening it. Know when and who came to the front door. Keeps the delivery of items secured.

We have had this less than a year. We get notice 5 min after someone has been at the door. Bought the 1 year subscription and then Google took over unable to log into the account can't even find the site anymore. On the app to view the account it wants a new activation code. NOTHING BUT A BIG HEADACH AND WASTE OF MONEY! I actually had people come and go and I get an alert after they left. Most times it doesn't even show them coming to the door or leaving just them there.

Very nice upgrade from what we were using before. Device looks much better and is of higher quality. We’ve used nest products for several years and now added this doorbell to our collection. Very pleased with this purchase.

We love being able to see who's at the door before answering, and even answering remotely when we're not home. Installation was not complicated. Works well with the rest of our Nest smart home setup.

I replaced my ring pro doorbell with nest hello. Ring does not work with google hub. In my opinion the video quality and the overall responsiveness/options of the Nest are much better then ring.

Product has lived up to my expectations and I feel much more secure. Simple to use and camera quality is amazing! Installation was a little more involved than some other products but still nothing we couldn't do ourselves.

This device is ten times better than ring because it always records and has great hs quality. Install was tricky with my old doorbell system. Overall very happy with it.

I’m totally satisfied with my doorbell. The picture quality is excellent. You can hear visitors talking before they ring the doorbell and the sound quality is excellent. I can even hear the birds chirping in the mornings.

This was purchased to replace a Skybell doorbell that stopped working after less than 2 years, there is no comparison, functionality, ease of use, integration, I made a great decision purchasing it.

I wish I had more doors, as I would have more Nest Hello! Absolutely critical if you’re not home with packages and talking to delivery reps. True quality and super simple to install

This device is nice and Convenient. Had it one week and already had a strange visitor to my house that the doorbell caught. Security and piece of mind. One thing to keep in mind is that a minimum of 10 Mbps upload speed is required to have fluid and smooth streaming video, or else you'll have to reduce your video quality to avoid choppiness in the video. I have 20 mbps upload speed and that smoothed it out. I have 3 cameras and a bunch of wifi devices on my network and that'll tie it down. Speed is key to quality.

Great picture, fun chime settings. Setup was not enjoyable - Google Home does a horrible job linking its products but otherwise the doorbell has been great.

Good device. Pretty easy to install and set up yourself. The only drawback is that you most likely will have to subscribe for the service. Conveniently the video for the free service seems to never capture the person coming to the door...

Purchased this Nest doorbell since we already had the thermostat and knew they would work with the same app. The camera gives a clear picture of our entire porch and walkway and the installation video was easy to follow.
