The Google hello nest camera has not missed anything coming or going out of the garage. I would recommend to anyone that wants to have a view while away.

The nest hello really out performs the Ring doorbell in terms of video quality and features. The only downside which is the same for all nest products is making sure your power supply is enough and the slight lag in doorbell notifications

Because it is a wired doorbell, it is best to just get an electrician to put it in. Otherwise, it is GREAT!

The Nest doorbell is an easy install and gives a great view. It alerts us on our hub and phone when someone rings it. We replaced our old doorbell and couldn't be happier.

Works as intended. Gives us the ability to see the door at all times and talk to people. We paired it with a smart lock to allow people in.

I installed this myself in under 30minutes. It syncs well with Google Home and provides great video quality. I love that I get alerts of who is at the front door.

Video is clear and talk feature is wonderful. Only issue is a lag between the time it shows up on my smartphone and the time the person is at the door. Could be internet, but I have high speed CSpire fiber.

Much better then our 2 year old Ring unit. App is OK, could use some improvements around accessing notification videos. Install is easy enough but its hard to get the unit to attach to mount. Mine won't stay secured.

Love it. So easy to use. I always know who is at the door from anywhere. And it’s easy to speak with them if you aren’t there. Very happy.

The installation was dummy proof. The app gave you step by step my 8 year old could have figured it out. The features are great and it's a perfect fit into our already nest house hold.

Great product. Use with existing App and Nest cameras around my house. Easy to install and looks great. Also had a 'Spooky' door chime you could use during Halloween!

After putting it off and putting it off, I decided to get a video doorbell. Since I already have the Nest Therostat, I decided to get the Nest Doorbell. It's a little intimidating at first to install, but I watched a video twice on the installation to make sure I knew what I was doing. After that, it was a breeze know everything I needed to do, instead of going step by step. Since installation, it's been surprising the amount of activity at my door. I feel much safer now knowing it's there.

Great quality doorbell camera. Love having all my cameras and nest protects in one place. Wish it had a neighbor hood watch feature like the ring doorbells to see if there is anything happening in my neighborhood but overall excellent camera.

I love the color Black and the design. The smart doorbell camera work very (exceptionally) well (crystal clear). The email notification works as designed too.

It's very quick to view on the phone. 24/7 recording is amazing and the pictures is extremely clear. So far been hooked up for 2 weeks and love it

Easy to install. Great app. Glad I bought it. Have the Nest doorbell and thermostat and will be putting up some exterior cameras. All easy to do and great tech support if needed.

Works great. The app is good. You need a subscription to take full advantage of all the features. You should check that out first. It is a good doorbell. Installation wasn't too bad.

Self install was simple with the guidance of the included video on the app! Picture/video and audio qualities are amazing. The nest aware service is a nice addition.

House didn't have a doorbell system so we installed this. You do not need a doorbell system installed within the house, although you'll need devices to act as a doorbell if you don't have one. Installed a doorbell transformer, routed some wires and it was working! Within the options of the google doorbell in the app be sure to turn off internal doorbell chime, if you do not have one. It will short out the doorbell transformer without the included dongle installed to the doorbell system. You do not need to plug the dongle in if you do not have a pre-existing doorbell system.

I'd give it 4.5 if I could. I love the Nest Hello because it added a doorbell where I didn't have one and it rings on the various google assistant devices in my home. Every once in a while it disconnects from wifi but resolves itself in a few minutes. It's also a little sensitive. It sets off the motion sensor when bugs fly in front of it or when something far away like a car goes by on the street. Probably something that can be fixed in a future software update. Worth it for sure if you've already ventured into smart home devices.
