Bought it for personal use. Found it to be ok in terms of ease of installation and syncing

I didn’t know what to expect when I purchased this product. I must say I was totally satisfied when it was installed. Quality picture and sound.

The doorbell is great for us as we are usually in the basement and climbing stairs is getting harder for us. You can see who is at the door and decide if you want to answer it.

Great Product. I feel a lot better knowing I can see my deliveries when I am not home. We also have it connected to our Google Nest Hub.

This doorbell was easy to install, I did it myself using the tutorials. It works great and lets me see and speak with people at my front door

I am a LOYAL Google products consumer but I am incredibly angry about my Nest Hello. I bought this product as soon as it was released, and only 2 years later is the surface starting to peel (no, it’s not the original protective film that came with the product). You can see in my photos the black plastic has a film that’s peeling. This is a known issue (you can Google it and find other posts regarding the peeling) so I contacted Google (Nest) support and they would not replace my Hello cause I was 6 months outside of the warranty period. For a 2 year old product, this quality is not acceptable. As much as I love google, I’ll be going to a different brand for my next video doorbell since Nest support and the product have not been reliable at all. Also, I’ve noticed my video quality is not as good as my neighbors who use other products as well. VERY very disappointed in the Nest Hello.

Google’s Nest camera is a superior product to anything else on the market. The interconnectedness with your existing Nest app makes for easy use and monitoring of your home.

Our builder used leftover 24 AWG Cat5e cable to wire the doorbell to the chime box instead of 18 AWG doorbell wire. I had no issues with the Nest Hello on the smaller wire.

Its good to have a camera at your front and back door now a days because crime has got totally out of control, their's more bad people than good people, how times have changed for the worst and it's getting worster and worster everyday !

First doorbell camera I have owned. The video is awesome on this. Installation is a snap. I would recommend although it’s on the expensive side.

I looked at a number of options, but chose the Hello since it could replace and existing doorbell and would record all the time. It was easy to install and has been working greatm

We have two kids that are always in and out of the house. It recognizes faces making it easy to see who’s at the door. We even caught a greedy trick or treater. Love this product

We bought this as a prize for our neighborhood summer party. The person who won said they are glad they won it. Helps them feel more secure.

Works Fantastic! I've had both this doorbell and the arlo doorbell and I have found that this Nest get a better picture and is more responsive

This doorbell camera is awesome. The video camera QUALITY IS UP to par. I feel safe in my home with this camera system

Love the quality I love that it’s very loud the sound is perfect and the view it’s perfect for colors then everything is very accurate

This doorbell has been great. It lets me know who is at the door without getting up. It records anybody entering and exiting my house. It has added an extra layer of security.

Installation was pretty straightforward but be sure to verify that your transformer can handle supplying power to unit. My only issue is that sometimes that app/camera loses connection so that can be annoying.

Replace my Arlo with these doorbells. Have 3 at my house. Great video quality, minimal video lag. The affordable nest subscription is a plus.
