Definitely need a professional installer. Works great with Google Nest Hub. Prefer this to the Ring. Facial recognition very impressive.

Nice doorbell, easy to install

I added this to my Nest App. There is a delay and lag in the video. What I don't enjoy too much is that it takes a while to load older videos. I also use blink cameras and in addition to this door bell. Both have delays during "real time" video events; however, blink stores more videos without a subscription and loads quicker. I like having both.
