    Had the generation before and this on looks and feels better. I love the slim design. I have it connected to my google which makes it even easier to use.

    It’s a nice looking thermostat. The extra sensor works well and was easy to setup. I had lots of difficultly setting it up to HomeKit, but I assume there was an update on the device since it eventually worked after multiple days of trying. Probably not worth the upgrade from the old nest thermostats, but worth it if you don’t have a nest thermostat. You have to use the google app to install it. It does not work with nest app.

    Fantastic product, my wife and I thermostat failed in the middle of the winter and needed one. We went and fortit from Best buy and got a electrician to install it quick and easy started kicking in instantly. Really doe learn what you like

    Excellent thermostat a huge upgrade from generation 3 the screen is bigger and more vibrant very high tech love the home screens now you can pick to have the weather displayed and now its animated shows rain or thunder and sun as your current weather progresses in real time i also loved that bestbuy delivered it on launch day very awesome in their part thank you get this gen 4 thermostat you wont be disappointed

    Installed it today, replacing my 3rd gen. The display is larger and clearer, and my wife loves the gold color. It seems Google remove the support for the Nest app for this gen and instead using Google Home app to manage it. I like the interface in Google Home more actually as it more info in a single place. I hope the 4th gen is more smarter and the 2nd gen sensor is more accurate than those in previous gen.

    Great thermostat, easy to use with a zero learning curve. Ties into google home app and work with both android and apple devices. The temperature sensor that comes with it helps monitor the temperature and you can buy more and put one in every room.

    [Employee of bestbuy] Had to update my nest because my room didnt get cold enough. My thermostat is located in the hallway and it would alway shut off too soon. The extra temperature sensor help alleviate the situation. Now its good where my room is comforatable
