This device works great, even without having a c wire. It also works well with dual fuel systems, such as heat pumps with emergency heat function. The set up and installmwere simple. I replaced decades old thermostats to these with wifi capability. Overall satisfied with products

It looks great and is easy to use. You can control the temperature without any hassle, it helps save energy, and works well with other smart home devices.

Works as expected and installation was easy. Its great that I do not have to think about turning on/off the A/C or heat. Being able to adjust the temp from my phone is also great. Just be sure to take a picture of the prior thermostat wires if you are planning to install yourself just in case you want to switch back.

The Nest Learning Thermostat is one of the best upgrades I’ve made at home. Setup was easy, and it quickly learned my schedule to keep the house comfortable while saving energy. The included Nest Temperature Sensor is a great bonus—it helps balance out rooms so the whole place feels just right. The polished silver finish looks premium and blends nicely with my décor. Controlling it from my phone or with Google Assistant is super convenient, and the energy reports are a nice touch. Overall, this thermostat and sensor combo is smart, reliable, and well worth the price.

My partner and I move a lot and we've experienced a lot of different thermostats. I have to say that this is the best, easiest, and most fun experience we've had with a thermostat! Using the Google Home app is a cinch and you can easily switch the thermostat to different sensors in your home so you can get the best temperature where you want it! We'd definitely recommend to all our friends and family!

Still new to product but so far works well, still learning it so its process. Had to buy extra piece for thermostat since I had old one originally. Very nice decor touch

I purchased this new thermostat to replace one that broke. I thought I would save a few bucks and purchased open box. I got home and found that the device was missing the sensor. On return staff told me that because It was marked excellent condition they may not be able to refund me because I could have taken the sensor. I eventually got a refund and my replacement. The thermostat is great I love it and it's better at regulating an even temperature in the house but I would suggest avoid open box or open it at the counter to verify all devices are in box

Extremely modern thermostat, hundreds of features. Most impressive was the online step by step instructions which made self-installation a breeze.

Excellent Thermostat, easy to install, easy to configure, and easy to control. The new updated style looks very cool and gives an ultra modern feeling. Likes the Gold color which is a rare find among Google products. The added Temp. sensor is a welcome addition, so that I don't have to run outside to feel the cold/hot in order to get an actual outdoor reading.

The device itself is beautiful. Seeing it in person is way better than pictures show. Ease of use is a plus. The only issue I have is the Google Home App. The UI and experience could be better, but for simple actions it is fine.

great upgrade to the old ones, Loving the second sensor as it really helps cater to specific areas of the house at the right times. The super skinny face is a little bit strange looking from the side with the big base behind it. But looking directly at the unit, it is gorgeous.

I really like how it is sinple yet has a lot features that are automatic or manual around energy savings that is simple to use. It also has a feature i like the tells you during what times and for how long your hvac is working. Which has helped me with energy savings almost immediately.

It’s a premium device that looks great on the wall and works even better.

This thing is a beauty! I have this setup with Apple HomeKit and Google Home. It is very useful when I am out of the house and forget to turn off or lower the thermostat. It is working as it is designed to do. I haven't used the sensor just yet. Would recommend to anybody wanting a smart thermostat

Perfect and looks very clean and sleek. I love the fact you can control temps from the app and also lock the temperature so no one can mess with the thermostat itself.

Very easy to install. App communicates well through the device. I rarely control the temperature while using this device because it knows when to change the temperature.
