    We recently moved to a new house snd it did not have the Nest Thermostat. We had one in our previous house so the Nest was a must have! Purchased from Best Buy and very pleased.

    My house has inconsistent temperatures upstairs and downstairs (up to 5-6 degrees difference between rooms) because of a bizarre setup the builder used. With the thermostat and a sensor in each room, I’m able to use this to average the temperatures in each room instead of paying the $3500 the HVAC company wanted to charge to install a zone system. My rooms are now usually the same temp with maybe up to two degrees difference max. I love it.
