    Installed it today, replacing my 3rd gen. The display is larger and clearer, and my wife loves the gold color. It seems Google remove the support for the Nest app for this gen and instead using Google Home app to manage it. I like the interface in Google Home more actually as it more info in a single place. I hope the 4th gen is more smarter and the 2nd gen sensor is more accurate than those in previous gen.

    It took less than 20 minutes to install. I have had it about 2 months now and it has learned pur havit quote well. I love the ease of usage and how i am able to adjust it when i am away from home if needed.

    Excellent Thermostat, easy to install, easy to configure, and easy to control. The new updated style looks very cool and gives an ultra modern feeling. Likes the Gold color which is a rare find among Google products. The added Temp. sensor is a welcome addition, so that I don't have to run outside to feel the cold/hot in order to get an actual outdoor reading.

    The new Thermostats interface is extremely beautiful. I like how it shows more information on the screen alone. The sensor is something i need to get used to but i have it in a part of my place that has no vent near it but still is apart of the place a a whole. Come to find out, may need to increase the temperatures a little bit to help accommodate the difference in areas.

    Overall Good! Much better than our old one to help regulate the house temp but still someone difficult with a two story house and only one thermostat controlling the HVAC instead of two zones. Being able to use an app is a real game changer though.
