    The nest is very nice easy set up very estate designs. And work good with learning thermastat. you must have c-wire for constant power. For the matter to work other wise the Apple HomeKit will show no response.

    The 4th Gen Nest is very simple to install. I upgraded from Honeywell T9 to this model because of the features and to also modernize my home. The sensors that come with it also more accurate which provided a cooler house when we get home. But they cost $$ so be sure you really need this model.

    Thank GOD this is compatible with Alexa now. Always wanted one and needed a new thermostat. Also love that it's a learning thermostat so it helps with the electric bill in the dead of summer
