I have nest protect devices in every room of my house. They work great and the app is solid.

having a smoke detector, i was never able to tell if it was operational or not. Now, i can check the status of every room straight from my phone.

I love being able to view the status of the snow detectors on my phone. It's syncs perfectly with my nest thermostat. We replaced all our smoke detectors.

This monitor is very sensitive. We did a stir fry on the stove and the smoke detector in the hallway alerted us to a small amount of smoke in the hall.

I installed 5 in my house, 2 wired and 3 wireless. The motion detector feature that sets of light for residents when it’s dark is pretty neat.

Having two young kids these sensors give me assurance our home is safe. and they notify you on your device rather tuan beep when battery is low

The Nest Protect is incredibly easy to set up and takes about 15 minutes. I haven't had to use the Nest Protect yet and I hope I never actually have to use it but I am confident that it will make my house safer as a result.

Once I have had the products installed, they are worry free, and I know they work due to my mother in law burning some toast and the detector worked as advertised.

Love the voice prompts, who multiple Nest Protects communicate together and most important how well the smoke detector works! Will be getting more to add to other rooms!!

Easy to install carbon monoxide and easy to connect

I purchased this device along with a Nest. In the end the Nest had to go back due to not working with my furnace. To be honest I am not sure if the device will work without the Nest so I returned this as well. Please verify this device and your nest will work in your home before you waste a bunch of time trouble shooting furnace issues.

Really good smart smoke detector. Replaced them in my whole house.

I usually do not go for the bells and whistles however this device really gives you peace of mind

protects against smoke, and knows the difference between cooking and actual smoke. Carbon monoxide detection is a bonus.

Love the nest products. It is in my opinion a great investment as I already have the nest thermostat.

Worth it for the following features: Easy to install (less than 30 minutes), CO+smoke, and no 9-volt battery. I bought another one for the other floor.

The nest smoke detector looks great and works with our other nest products, as well as Samsung Smarthings hub.

These are fancy smart smoke detectors. Its nice to be able to get alerts if something were to happen and I wasn't home.

I bought one to see how I would like it and I like it so much I plan to replace all of my smoke detectors with these. They are great.
