    Other than a different look its the same as Generation 1, if you can find a Gen 1 buy that one instead and save some money because there is no big difference between the 2.

    They all interconnect via wifi, so when you test one they all test. and they speak the room where the problem is on all the detectors at once. Only drawback is they don't have enough different room names in the app. Cannot make your on custom name.
