Getting this setup was a pain and took the entire network out at least once. Now that it's set up I've had to remove them all from the Nest app at least twice to add Next security devices, apparently the way Nest autoscans for the network and IP breaks with these installed. Think I would have been better off with one of the other brands that popped up since I bought them.

I originally bought it bc I really liked the idea of bringing everything together on the NEST app but after looking at all of their prices of their products, way overpriced compared to similar products.

Why did they need to create a different mounting plate? Why did they have to change the plug used to connect them to power?
