Great to have the notification that it has failed before I found out the hard way it wasn't working properly. Plus the peace of mind knowing my house/animals are safe remotely.

Controls on the phone come handy

Otherwise it would have been difficult to make the alarm ignore the smoke with an alarm on the roof.

Not an actual nest

So of course when I saw that I could buy electronic nests, I jumped on the opportunity. However, it’s been two weeks and I haven’t seen a single bird use this product. Not even a southern winged Texas yellow canary. It’s very sad. It might be because this “nest” keeps beeping and scaring away my lovelies. Since it didn’t work as a nest. I thought I’d try it as a smoke detector. It worked ok I guess.

Although I do not wish for a fire to happen I really was to test the feature of alerting me. I also like on feature that is will be a motion night like. Meaning when I wake up in the middle of the night. It lights up the area I'm walking through and this feature can be turn off if you do not wish it to be on,over all I like it and I hope to repost another review how it save my live of house when I was not there....
