Had an issue with one unit not connecting, Tech Support was a bit slow to get in the line (it was a Saturday) but they were able to walk me through to complete the set-up.

Old alarms would "chirp" and we had a difficult time locating which alarm was having issues. Also much easier to "hush" an alarm. The Pathlight is awesome. A lot of great features go with a smart alarm. Highly recommend.
