Motion activated Path-lighting/Night light feature is added bonus. Cost is only downside. Can get expense if looking to outfit an entire home.

But I have had two of these go bad for no reason. The first one was replaced by nest. The second I waited and waited for google to do so.. looks like they didn’t like that data point. So I have not received it yet. But it’s been a couple of months. Why did I buy another? Because I have 6 others and didn’t feel like switching to another vendor was a good idea. But I am slowly getting off google.

Great smart smoke alarm

We travel, so having piece of mind wasthe goal. My favorite feature is the illumination at night. It will light up the hallway just enough for you to see. This is done through the motion detection so the light isnt always on.
