Works perfectly. It even warns you when the alarm is about to go off so you have time to turn off the stove to prevent the alarm altogether. No more annoying beeping for false alarms. Plus I doubles as a motion sensor night light.

So does it work. For sure it works, does it work good. Yes. Do you need to consider where you put it? Yes

Nice detector,

It checks its own functions out automatically and sends reports to your smart devices through its app. A great feature is a built in motion detector that activates a light that enables you to navigate around the room at night. Buy it if you need a smoke detector in your home.
