You can check the weekly test to make sure nest is working. The nightlight when you walk past it in the middle of the night is a nice bonus

Does monthly self tests and email reports so you can be confident that they are active and operational. Own 6 , one in each area of the house. 5 are direct wired and 1 battery powered.

Great smoke and carbon Monoxide alarm

Currently have battery operated. Stayed with Nest because this is a great system. They are connected to each other including the Nest thermostat . If there is an issue they will turn off the furnace. Everything is monitored from my phone. Highly recommend

These smoke detectors have helped me keep my house safe. Utilizing the app for notifications is very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend!!

If the alarm goes off when you cook, get this!
