Great detector for both smoke and CO. Love Nest products and ability to monitor through one app. 4 Cameras, 1 Thermostat, 6 Wired detectors, and 1 sensor.... all work flawlessly.

2nd generation- many improved features. Works great, connects with my existing 1st generation devices. Well worth the investment for peace of mind.

4th product since building my smart home, this is an awesome product you can test it manually through your phone and also gives you alerts or you can put testing times

Very good Smart carbon monoxide alarm. have bought three of these and they have all been working very well.

I recently installed a couple of these Nest Protect detectors to add to our current home automation system. We have been very pleased with all of the Nest products.

So far no issues. Had a little trouble in connecting with the app. Success after several attempts. Don’t give up and be patient.

Please note that this product is a wired smoke alarm. I was replacing my current Nest Protect and realized after purchase that I needed a battery operated unit.

I'm a big fan of Nest. I replaced three old smoke alarms and love being able to check on the house remotely. The fact it will send an alert if anything is wrong is comforting.

I have purchased a total of 4 Nest Smoke/co2 Alarms and have installed them on each floor & one in the kitchen. Connected to my Verizon FiOS WiFi and I can monitor them from my cellphone. Wired.

We replaced all of their old-school units with the Google Nest Protects, so we could monitor their units remotely.

This is really really easy to set up. Detector self checks and the best part is that if you burn something in the kitchen you can tell it to disregard and it will silence or not let the alarm go off for the next several minutes!

The Nest, is a great product. It talks to you in different languages. The Nest alert you immediately when an issue arise like, smoke detection.

Love this because it tests smoke and carbon monoxide! It is very sensitive and can detect even just a tiny bit of smoke. It's nice that u can control it from your phone app and that it speaks to the other nest detects.

Swapped out all of my traditional smoke/fire detectors with this NEST Protect product. Purchased 6 of them, was pricey but gives you security and peace of mind.

I have had these for several years. They self test every week. I just got this one because the other one the sensors were malfunctioning and needed to replace it.

I love this thing! It lights my hallway when my kids are passing by at night before going to bed. It has also saved me earsplitting headaches when cooking generates a little too much smoke..(hmmm, bacon).

Easy to install and link with the app. Easy to use and see what is going on.

We have 2 nest thermostats so it made since to get these. They are great but luckily outside of burning something in the kitchen we haven't needed them.
