Very user friendly and flexible sureness on off option with great app features

We have these in our hallways and it is a nice feature to have it light the hall (slightly) while we walk by. So far so good. I just wish it was cheaper.

I have a battery Nest Protect too, and they work together. Also, the Nest cameras (I have two) will pick up the alarm noise. I will next buy a light that will work with the Nest products.

I hope we do not get a chance toseeif this works for either of the two error conditions. Its comfort comes from the Nest brand of product that all work together to make ours a more connected home.

These work great and are a nice replacement but very expensive.

Love being able to control this smoke detector from my phone. With little ones, it’s a must have!

Bought them to replace regular smoke detectors. They sinc well with all my other nest stuff, and the night light feature is great at night. Only complaint i have is they discontinued the works with nest, so now they don't communicate with my lutron system, which is one of the reasons i bought them originally.

Replacement for older version that is outdated. Does a great job, and we love being alerted on our phones should something happen while we are away. Only downside is the occasional alert due to dust buildup (but I have to admit that would be solved if we dusted more)

They are the best. Give verbal warnings and also can turn off remotely if smoke from kitchen. Best part is app. If alarm goes off and no one is home I am notified on app.

Great system, I like all of the nest products it gives you piece of mind when not home. You get alerts and video right on your phone.

We own three of the units as setup in kitchen, basement and second floor hallway. All units connected to household member smartphone providing automated notifications if needed. Great unit.

Great to have the detection capability with remote monitoring. Only issue I ran into was that it changed my home presence settings. Since this is upstairs in a bedroom it thought we weren't home and it turned the Nest thermostats to Eco mode. Easy settings change, though.

The only reason this is a 4 star and not 5 star is because of the Google Nest app. Had some difficulty getting it to accept the device in the app. Called Google customer support (very helpful) and they got it fixed. Otherwise, it works great now.

Best produces great products and this is no exception. Great features and it's a smoke and carbon monoxide detector in one. I replaced all the smoke alarms in my house with these. Totally worth it.

Easy to setup and interconnect with new or existing Nest Protect devices.

These detectors are so good! The app has an amazing way of monitoring them which allows for great piece of mind.

Very good product . Second day after installing I was at work and received a smoke alert . My younger daughter over cooked something and every moment it was saying that smoke clearing etc until everything was safe I called home and my daughter explained the situation. This products warns you an emergency even if you are far away
