Once you set it up, its great. Quality dial and worry free ease of use and programming. Love the remote feature....could control and program from anywhere on the phone.

Difficult install ever for the Geek Squad. Unit works fine once you understand how to program it day by day. Probably just best to keep it simple in setting up the program.

Just picked this beaut up and installed tonight. Pretty easy, but your mileage will vary depending on what wires are back there. Works with Alexa, the app truly makes things easy as can be to install. I can now set my thermostat downstairs anywhere in the house, so when my wife falls asleep I can knock the heat down a couple degrees :). Well worth the money. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed being able to set the temperature when I wasn't home. Setting up is a little complicated if you have no experience, but managable. I needed to connect a power connector to the thermostat, but it lasted a while until I had time to do it.

Good thermostat to use daily and easy to understand

This was easy for us to install and the app is easy to use. I recommend the trim plate if your home already has holes in the wall since the nest thermostat without the trim kit may not cover the old holes. Overall, great product!

Great product overall and awesome value for the money

Installation was pretty easy. The app is easy to install. I have struggled to learn how to use the app, but that is probably a reflection of me. I would still recommend the thermostat. The ability to control the thermostat remotely, setting schedules, and monitoring usage it a great benefit.

I was looking for a way to control my AC units, especially upstairs, since the kids always seem to leave it running! We bought 2 of these and I must say, it took my wife and I no time to install them. Also the controls are no overwhelming to learn!

The Service at the Lancaster store is terrible. This product is probably fine it just does not work with my model of furnace. When I went to return it I was first told I could not return it because I only have 3 days to return. Then I was told 2 weeks and then I was told I could not return it because it was opened (how else was I to know it would not work). I have installed 3 nests at other homes. In this case, I called customer support and they said I needed some extra wiring. That took more than a week to get and I was out of town for 2 weeks when it came. Anyway, the manager refused to credit my account and take the return. He and his manager were cranky and not even listening. The irony is, while we waiting to addressed I was telling my mom why I always chose Best Buy -- because their customer service is so good. But no more. Not sure if it is just this store or the whole company is changing but I will just order on line as that is easier for me anyway since I travel for work. I try to shop local to help out but not if they are mean.

Works well and easy to install and setup. It'll be interesting to see if it actually saves us money on our electric bill since it goes into Eco mode and raises the temperature on the thermostat after not sensing any movement in the house. One thing to make sure is that you have a common wire, we didn't , but it was easy enough to run and connect.

A great smart thermostat that just works perfectly once set up properly.

Bought this for my parents house. Seems great value for the money. It does not have the learning feature which may not save them as much money but they are always home so it did not seem necessary. Did have some difficulty setting it up but seemed to be the unit and not the thermostat.

Excellent thermostat, very effective and easy to use.

I installed this thermostat in my apartment and I quickly started saving money on our energy bills. with the with the ability to set schedules and preferences, we hardly have to change it. In the occasion we have to change it, we use the voice commands through our Amazon devices or through the app.

Finally upgraded to smart thermostats that keep the house just right. The best part is the ability to check and adjust the temp from my phone from just about anywhere.

Bought it for my parents to be able to adjust temperature from downstairs without hbing ro climb the stairs. A bit difficult to navigate for individuals who arw not exactly tech savvy.

The instruction on how to replace it with the old thermostat was clear, but unfortunately, the good setup process was not very straightforward. Took me multiple tries for it to show up on my google home app and connect it with amazon's alexa
