A: AnswerThe Nest Thermostat (2020) comes with a 6 cm color LCD with 240x320 resolution, and mirrored glass finish. It provides more wiring terminals (10) that work with most 24V heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps with either forced air or radiant delivery. On the other hand, the Nest Thermostat E comes with polycarbonate, ceramic-feel finished ring with a frosted display that works with fewer (86%) 24V heating and cooling systems. While both Nest thermostat models work with most two-stage heating and two-stage cooling systems, we recommend checking the Compatibility Checker on our Google Nest support site to verify if your system is compatible. A: AnswerYou need to connect to wifi to set up the thermostat. As soon as you power on the thermostat, the screen displays a message to set up on the Google Home app. There’s no workaround for this. Wifi is needed.Answered by ReggaeJuice

Nest Learning Thermostat
I Love Nest Learning Thermostat if anything goes wrong with it, you don’t have to change out the base you can just change out head very easy to set up with your phone so Airbnb’s. I would give it a thumbs up and a five star so your air-conditioning bill is not horrible every month during Booking’s.

I love it
Great option to substitutes your analog thermostat, easy to install, setup and use. The temperature can be set up for heat or cool at different temperatures for different times of the day from the app, and can be controlled, I didn’t like that the base plate does not come included, I would just need to perchase it to cover up the screw holes from my previous thermostat.

Takes some time to get used to but works great!
We have the older generation and replaced a different thermostat and it is definitely different from the older. No more pushing and turning. You control everything from a touch line on the side of it. After having the older one and being used to pushing it in and turning it was kinda difficult to adjust at first. I found myself using the app more than physically touching the device. Now though after a couple of months I am able to use both and mainly use only the app when I am away from the building to turn on/off the AC. Highly recommend it and works great!
