    Amazing technology! I can’t believe I put off buying a wifi thermostat. It’s great to be able to control the thermostat without getting out of bed! A must have! This thermostat is cheaper than the other nests and no different in use.

    Bought to replace an “old school” thermostat. So far so good. It’s nice being able to control thermostat from phone.

    Excelente product, i can handle my ac temp from my phone any time, the installation was easy, as an advicr i would recommend to get the nest thermometer so the thermostat run the ac untill all your rooms have the temperature you want

    This works well, ez to install on heat pump system.. stays where you set it and can be changed on wi-fi easily. Has ECO setting. Do not know if that helps yet, have not run it long enough!

    Very easy to install through the Google Home app as well as setup and manage scheduling. Would recommend checking your current thermostat's wiring before uninstalling to ensure the Nest will replace your current setup.

    Excellent thermostat. I can look at how long it takes to heat up my house, how often, and I can even set up schedules and many other features. If you have an old, manual thermostat... Upgrade. It's worth it! I installed it myself, as well.

    Great way to keep your electric bills low! This is better than the learning thermostat as well. I have the learning one in my original home and this one in my rentals. Much better deal!

    Easy to setup and being able to control your home temperature with the Google home app has made life easier. No more having to go downstairs do make adjustments.

    White color matched perfectly on our wall. Looks nice and works pretty good!! The app saves me time in having to go upstairs to adjust the thermostat.. I love it!!

    Love nest thermostats! Nice look way better than regular thermostats and love the app to schedule and control temp. Great to check on temp at beach house or home when away.

    Very easy to install. I love having control over my home when I'm away or while I'm at home. No more worrying about trying to learn the programming of other thermostats. Extremely helpful if you already have google home installed.

    Overall a good product. Digits screen is nice & easy to read. App doesn’t always work & when updating temp manually the unit can be fussy.

      Hi there Quamber, we appreciate your feedback and we're glad to hear that you find Nest Thermostat as a good product overall. We do apologize for any issue you may be having with the Google Home app, and when updating the temperature manually using the capacitive touch sensor control.

      Uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Home app may be helpful with the issue. You may also try installing the Google Home app on another Android or iOS mobile or tablet device to isolate the issue further and to see if it might be related to your current mobile device.
