Had a HVAC guy hook it up - the easy part. Connecting it to wi-fi for old people is not easy. What's my password? I just want it to stay a constant temperature when we are not around and kick up the heat before we get there. It was programmed to vary the temperature at different times for 7 days. Had to call for technical help to resolve the issue.

I can't recommend this product enough. It has saved us money by learning our patterns, we can adjust the temperature if we are out of the house and on the way home so it heats up or cools down before we get there and tells us if the temperature has increased or decreased year over year. Love the technology and ease of use

Initially this worked great. I got it with the remote sensor because our nursery is always a much different temperature than the thermostat. Then 10 days later the wifi chip went out. This is apparently a well known issue as Google is giving me a replacement but it’s been almost two weeks and i still haven’t gotten it because that are backed up with requests. Very disappointed

I have a zoned AC system in my house with 3 thermostats throughout my home. This makes my AC system even more efficient with these smart thermostats. The settings for the thermostat make this a very flexible smart device. Installed myself with no issues. Got a $150 rebate from my electric/gas service provider, so paid next to nothing after the rebates I got.

Quick and Easy installation. Setup took a while due to updates. Love it!

This was my first IoT thermostat and it was very easy to install and setup.

excellent, great for remote control, Intuitive flexible controls.

Meets all expectations. One function is both a positive and a negative- it has a emergency heat setting to turn heat on when temperature falls too low even if the unit is off but the downside is the maximum setting is 45 degrees which is useless to prevent frozen pipes. Don’t know why they limit the setting- hope they will address that issue soon.

We are very happy with our purchase. They had it now for seven months. Helps us control the temperature from her home when we are away and when we’re returning. It was easy to install and we’ve had no problems since we began using it.. it was easy to install and we’ve had no problems since we began using. We also got the added perk of the Google home. I highly recommend this product.
