    A little more complicated to use than it needed to be. The app would not let me use my linked Google and personal email so I had to create a third Gmail account. Warning this version does not work with the separate sensors which was one in f the reasons we liked the Nest.

    I purchased a reconditioned unit. So I have to pair the unit everyday to our phones in order to use our phones to adjust. The heat setting only blows cold. When it's hot it randomly goes to 78 degrees when we are sleeping so it feels like a sauna when we wake up. I'm sure we purchased the unit that says reconditioned and they did nothing to it. We only had 15 days to return it and by the time we were trying to see if it was us not knowing how to use it or it truly wasn't working it was too late. What I've learned not to buy reconditioned items from Best Buy.
