Spectacular price for something that never had a lot of options years ago, the nest family grows stronger

Easy setup and works well with Google Assistant and voice commands. Will probably pay for itself in a month or two.

Was so excited when we upgraded our thermostat to this, however it constantly disconnects from wifi every 1-2 days. I am SURPRISED if 3 days have passed and its still connected. I don’t understand how it has all these positive reviews. Dont get your hopes up.

The nest is amazing and helps save on energy costs. I would recommend everyone to get one and try it.

It has taken a little time to get use to the different features but I'm starting to get the hang of it.

Works as expected. Easy to setup and install. Helps in monitoring eneryusage as well.

I didn't use a product because apparently it not suited to be replacement in my case. Reference on a box with model validation was great resource

This is not a good product. The technician had a hard time connecting the Nest to my wifi. They tried two different units, and they did not work. I had to upgrade to the next model, and that worked like a champ with no issues.

I had to purchase this as my previous nest thermostat quit working the coldest day of the year. The one that failed kept showing the temperature going up and wouldn't read the correct temperature. This new one had a bad mount plate (not sure of the correct name) luckily I was able to the previously failed thermostats plate. Also when troubleshooting the failed thermostat I reached out to Google Nest support and they tried to blame my wifi signal for rising mis read temperatures even after I disconnected the wifi from the thermostat. I understand that a failing wifi chip could overheat a device but dont blame the wifi signal that isnt connected to said device for it. They even recomened I replace my router before replacing the thermostat. Bottom line is be cautious with this thermostat the failed one lasted about 3 years. It costs more than some smart thermostats. But like most electronics these days, QA and support seem to be lacking.

Is ok does the job feels a little bit cheap plastic in my opinion but is ok set up is easy.

I set it at 72 or 71 and it keeps on going back up to 75 or 82. I can't figure out how to make it stop!

Easy to set up and use. Got this as for fist time having a smart thermostat, and it really easy to understand how it your energy it’s used.

Have always loved the Nest brand of Thermostat. Unless you really care about the learning feature this Nest is perfect does everything but learning.

This feels more like an imitation of the original nest. Looks likes there is no scheduling or learning. Notneasy to control as is touch based on a small strip on side. Its a cheap alternative for the original thermostat, if you can, buy the original.
