    It took a hour to get assistance for my purchase. Customer service was the worst experience ive had at a best buy.

    I’m sure this thermostat works as well as the others in the series. My reason for 3 stars is the site says it’s comparable then I spend time getting it trying and finding it isn’t compatible then returning it. Super annoying.

    Disappointed that this did not work for my hvac system. My system is fairly new and was very surprised. I guess I should have tried the nest learning module. I even did the nest questionnaire before hand and it said it would work.
