    This is a very beautiful Wi-Fi device. It works very well and I have been very happy with the quality of the connection. I highly recommend this. Very aesthetically pleasing and works fantastic.

    Very happy with the extension as it allows wifi to pool system and casita about 30 feet away.

    Google customer service was able to help me setup the mesh and my Arris modem. More companies need to realize customer service is everything

We recommend checking your Wi-Fi network to see if your bandwidth is congested, which may happen if you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network. These few steps can help:

      - You can try restarting your router to reset your internet connection.
      - If you have a lot of open apps on your phone, they can slow down its overall performance. Try closing some apps.
      - If that doesn’t work, you can try restarting your phone or device.
      - Other devices in your home may be using a lot of bandwidth. You can temporarily stop a device’s bandwidth use by quitting an app or program, disconnecting it from Wi-Fi or ethernet, or by turning it off.

    After my original Google wifi network crashed, i had to look for a new one. It was a challenge to setup, but it was worth the hassle.

    I was looking to replace a router and the sales person at Best Buy recommended the Google Nest Router. I had issues with the set up, but the Geek Squad came to save the day, and could not be more satisfied.

    First, the time google wifi purchase. I was looking forward to fixing all my wifi dead spots and fixing multi-room audio with my other nest speakers. While it's made multi-room audio work better, everything else is significantly less stable than my previous TP-Link Mesh network. Wifi often becomes slow for other devices on the network when streaming video. Devices prioritization sucks. It'll be fast and then slow all the time for no reason. Still have issues with multi-room audio, and nest devices get disconnected from the network. I booted up my laptop to play Jackbox TV, and people had to disconnect from wifi to have the game load properly. I thought google wifi was supposed to work, but this has been a very disappointing experience, and now I'm out of my return window. Google needs to address these issues and update us on future firmware releases. Plenty of people have had horrible experiences with these products. The product now only has a 3.7 on amazon, with 17% of reviewers giving a one-star rating. I should have researched more before spending so much money on this system. The Nest team needs to get to work and fix the wifi.

    My At&T tech told me that there router wasn’t sufficient for my house and recommended these and it was the best idea.

    Bought the 2 pack plus 1 more to help increase the range of my wifi and ended up getting faster speeds then im paying for.

    Only seeing a 1/4 of gigabit fiber speed

    Its easy to setup thats about it. Google has “propped” up their built google home speed test to show you what you want to see. When i run non-google speed test like okla i get a 1/4 of my fiber speeds. I am on ATT gigabit on my eero i see 800-900 mbps on every speed test i can find. On Nest wifi pro 6e i get 100-200mbps both ways on every speed test i can find except for the built in google tool. Which tells me they are just “propping” up the speeds to make it seem like its fast. Overall 1 star will return and keep the eeros.

    Switched from a nighthawk router 7 months ago to this. Should be called the google mess to be honest. When it works it’s great but emphasis on when it works. I will say setup is a breeze and its range is great when it’s working but if you work from home I would stay away from it. Satellite's are constantly dropping signal and today I said screw it and going back to netgear.

    The product is now working well. I had a lot of problems with the setup. It turned out to be an issue I had with the application on my phone. Tech support could not help me. I was able to correct it by using another phone. I got the idea from a search online.

    I have never experienced WiFi 6E before but my new router had it and I needed a boost upstairs.. I want for nothing now. 10/10 Not to mention its pretty sleek and shiny.
