Annoyingly the phone restarts at random times without your intervention. The sharp edges and slippery back make it uncomfortable to handle without case. Overall this is a fair deal with Google providing good trade in for my iPhone xs.

No problems until about 5 years in. Bought this one (8) from Best Buy. It has been glitchy from day 1. Took it back 3 times I the first week just to be told what I was doing wrong and to reset everything. Took it back 2 more times in the next two weeks. Had to factor reset again. Took it back yesterday just to be told it is now over the 30 days. Took it to an actual phone repair store. Was told that it was glitching all over the place. (I already knew) Will never buy from Best Buy again.
