A: I'm running GrapheneOS on mine no problem. So yeah, you can unlock it. Not sure what OS you wanna run but Graphene has instructions which make it quick and easy. Now, transferring everything over from your own phone, I haven't solved the best way to do that.

A: I recently bought one and works perfectly in Colombia at least with Movistar both for SIM and an eSIM (4G/LTE). I read that 5G is blocked in Pixel phones at software level in countries it's not officially sold in but there are no 5G networks currently in operation in Colombia.
