Checks almost all the boxes. Only complaints are that the camera is pretty poor and this could have been equipped with a fingerprint reader for biometric unlock

The Pixelbook is a great laptop-tablet hybrid. It boots up quickly and runs really well. The main problem is when it's in tablet mode, sometimes the Google Play apps don't rescale themselves correctly and will crash when they try from time to time.

It's one of the best laptop experiences that you can have and the Chrome OS will be more than sufficient for 95% of people out there. I highly recommend it if you are okay with moving away from a MAC or PC.

I bought this item for my daughter, she loves it because its light and versatile. She takes it to school and starts her homework before she gets home!

I'm not one for lengthy reviews but if you're looking for a fast productivity laptop with less processing overhead and minimal OS you cannot best the Pixel book. Yes, it's pricey but well worth the money.

Pixelbook is the cadillac of chromebooks from quality to specs. It's my go-to device filling my basic computing needs. The android apps give me almost everything I need including MS Office tools.

The Chromebook is LIGHTNING fast. It has built in virus protection so that's one less thing to worry about as I search the net. I think it is a wonderful product and highly recommend it!

This is the best chromebook, hardware-wise, that is currently available. Not necessary for beginners, but anyone who loves ChromeOS and wants a quality laptop, highly recommend.

I love this device. It does everything I need it to do plus some. The o my thing is when it is folded to be used as a tablet, the keys in the back feel awkward.

This machine is high quality, looks great and is superior in many ways to other os systems for 95 percent of users chrome /android/Linux is more than anyone will ever need.

Overall a good laptop. I've had some issues with the screen and it was a difficult process to go through google warranty. Also has a thick weird bezel around the screen. All in all a decent product.

As long as you know that you won't be able to download programs directly to picekbook you'll be good. It works just like the first day I brought it

I love that I can just bring my laptop everywhere I go and be able to use it. Like no time wasted trying to set up somewhere. Very light and portable. Very convenient.

overall this laptop is great! i love the touch screen and how easy everything is to use and understand. great for school as all google applications are on already :)

My Toshiba 2 Chromebook was good to me for 4 years, but when Android apps became (mostly) available on Chromebooks I knew it was time to jump. Tried an HP 14" X360 which was stellar, but I could not stand hearing fan noise (spoiled by the Toshiba). I saw the Pixelbook on sale and drove back to exchange the HP. So far I love everything about this laptop. The key standouts for me are Size: Balances perfectly for web surfing, Netflix, email etc Display: Crisp display, the clarity is intense Sound: These little speakers crank, especially compared to other models on the floor Speed: i5 + 8GB RAM = fast on such a lightweight OS Android apps: Skype alone was worth it, considering Microsoft Office next Form: It's metal, thin but sturdy, and doesn't creak like a plastic body laptop when you grab it by a corner Camera: Very high quality and responds well to environment The only sort of cons are Price: I found it on sale, otherwise would not spend $999 on it Keyboard: Might just need getting used to, but misfiring at times (it does have a nice solid click to it, could just take time to learn the feel). Also, the dark grey on medium grey symbols on the keys are hard to see in low light. USB A missing: Not a huge deal, but bummer you need an adapter for jump drives Overall I have to say this is the nicest feeling laptop I've owned, and being sized similarly to my old Toshiba it just fits like a glove without feeling bulky or awkward.

Early adopter fees hurt, but this device runs full Chrome with android apps available. It's buggy but It'll get better. Hardware besides bezels is near flawless.

Been very happy with my Chromebook until I traveled last week and couldn't get the hotel WiFi to connect. Otherwise, I'm not missing my old laptop at all.

Great laptop, perfect for all chrome needs. Functionality is perfect and with windows support coming up the i5 with 128gb of storage will be perfect.

It's quick to start and fast. I love how it picks up the wifi right away when I sling it from my phone. Quick and responsive. I recommend this!
