ZERO TECH SUPPORT
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ZERO Tech support! I set this up a month ago and it was working well. Yesterday I had to unplug router to move some cables. When i turned back on would not connect. I researched online and did a factory reset. It still would not connect to the app. Multiple reboots of modem and router. No success. I tried setting up a chat for help and unavailable. I tried calling and got message "we are not taking calls now.". I even tried twitter but they sent me to a support page I had already followed the steps to about 5 times. So I exchanged it thinking maybe dud device. New device still would not connect to app. I returned it. I bought a linksys velop which seems to be working fine. So if you can get it to work it works pretty well, but if it stops working ZERO TECH SUPPORT OR HELP.

Disappointing speeds
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to setup. But it's apparently trapped on 20Mhz channels on top of only having 2x2 radios. I have a wired home with a gigabit fiber connection and in spite of having a wired connection to each mesh point, the absolute best wireless speed I could eke out was 170Mbps. Coming from some Wave 1 AC APs, I was expecting a way better experience in the 500Mbps range. I'd probably skip these and look at TP-Link's mesh product.

Poor quality
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Garbage for a router. Already had two quit on me. Luckily comes in a 3 pack. Would never purchase again. Most routers last over 5 years. These about a year or less each.

Google Home Connection Issues
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These work great when/if you are able to get them set up. For whatever reason, they have a painfully difficult time connecting to the Google Home app and you need to try over and over again before the app finds them to connect.

Never lose a connection again.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid product. I have this installed in my house and everything is good my only complaint is there is no local management. If you lose the internet there is no way to configure it which doesn't really make sense to me.

AVOID! Does Not Work!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I could give negative stars I would! Atrocious set up effort! I have spent hours trying to get this product to work, resetting each device multiple times, factory resetting the whole system to scrub it from the Google Home app and scouring the internet for solutions. None work! I could only get the one hard wired from my modem working - but Google Home doesn’t see the other two points as an additional point to the new network either hardwired (it eventually fails) from the first point just to set it up, or wirelessly where you wanted it and as Google shows can be done (wirelessly it wants to be its own network). The solutions Google has posted do not work. The solutions Reddit users suggested don’t work. YouTube video solutions don’t work. It seems Google put a product out without much R&D. I’m giving up and returning it!

Just ok
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited to get this thinking it would solve my shotty signal. It definitely made it better but didn't wow, esp for costing what it did & being the newest technology.

Not bad routers
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be prepared for slower wifi speeds. We have 400 meg and only get about 100 meg through wifi. Our old route was blazing fast. While it's not as fast it does cover more area evenly that is the only reason they still get 3*s

Not worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up wasn't too bad. Had to move it around a few times to figure out good spots. Tried hooking up the wifi routers to WAN but didn't seem to make any difference. Performance degrades every couple of days and needs a speed test from router. Mobile devices don't seem to pick up the closest wifi point. I have to go off wifi and turn it back on. Lag is horrible. Device is sitting right above the xbox and the lag makes it so bad, you can't even play. I've had it 30 days now so too far out to return it.

Meh…
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not impressed with this. I don’t like that I do not have the ability to choose which band I want to connect to or even shut off the 5ghz radio. It makes pairing with most smart devices a hassle.

Decent Product for its Price
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty Good If you aren't doing anything network intensive. Good luck if you are trying to game and its not a wired connection.

Good for one not the other
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good for Wifi. Terrible for gaming. Gave it an average because it worked for one and not the other. Only recommend if you're not using it for gaming and just as a Wi-Fi extender.
