I was very disappointed, plugged it in and speed was like 4 mbps. Unplugged this put my old router back on and speeds of 15-25 mbps.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the furthest room in my household and always got such bad connection due to the fact that router is only limited to my roommates room I was contemplating on what I should do either call spectrum or buy a WiFi extender and I was gonna get something totally different but the associate recommended the google mesh and I didn’t know anything about it but the way he explained it from his personal usage at his house I was sold but still was contemplating on spending 200 bucks on it but I bought it, took it home set it up and got the best results more than I expected I’m extremely happy with this product and I highly recommend!

No More drops and very strong internet connection up on the 2nd floor, just plug in upstairs and it finds the master.

Stress tested it with multiple devices simultaneously online. It handled the load pretty well. Highly recommended.

There are several reasons why this can be happening and we'd like to assist you in resolving this. To start with, you can take a look at the following factors and troubleshooting steps:
- Home layout: Building materials and other objects located between your router and Wi-Fi points or between your Wi-Fi points and mobile devices may slow your connection. If possible, try to use your device within a clear line of sight to your router or point.
- Check congestion: There could be congestion on your Wi-Fi network if you have many connected devices to the network. As all these devices consume a portion of your available Wi-Fi bandwidth, your Nest cameras may not get high speeds. You can try relieving the network by disconnecting some of the devices to see if this would increase the Wi-Fi speed for your Nest cameras.
- Restart: A quick restart to your modem can fix internet connection problems, improve slow performance and resolve common wireless issues. Even if your modem appears to be working correctly, you may need to restart it to establish a secure connection to the Wi-Fi point.
