After factory resetting and everything nothing restored the service. Doing all the troubleshooting came to the realization that it just stopped working on its own and after factory resetting the device still no luck restoring service. Swapped back to my original wifi 6 router not only did the internet work but was getting better speeds. Devices shouldn't be failing after a month.

One of the most ridiculous crappiest products user experiences I've ever witnessed, and I've been around the block a while. Inconsistent speed, 10 minutes to factory reset, almost always errors out during setup and mesh config, its truly astonishing Google ever released these. Staying away for ALL Google Home products.

No way to hide SSID or block devices from network

I had mine for about 2 years before a firmware update ruined them. I am technical, and I tried to resolve this with factory resets, etc. Nothing worked. I thought I had DNS issues with my ISP, but it turns out these things had just failed. I switched to another company that Best Buy doesnt sell, and I stopped having the issues. Buyer beware. Googles support on these devices is non-existant. Thousands of people are having the same issues I have had for years. Nothing has been done about it.

After spending 8 hours with the technical people (who are not bad and really tried to help), I had to throw $500 worth of Google crap away. I would not recommend every buying google's products they are poorly made.
