And the service, once a manager got involved, was superb. I was just outside the window for returns on a system I'd bought just over two weeks from the 31st, and technically, they were not returnable. But upon hearing the story of how I'd waited a few days for someone knowledgeable to confirm that the system was not working, she agreed to give ma a store credit, which I promptly used on another system (more expensive). So I am pleased. Thanks.

Difficult in getting the best placement. Takes trial and error over a few months to get it right. I do like that you can just get more to add to your group.
