So it was strange to switch to something else. The young man who helped us, swore by this Google Router. And since ours kept cutting out on us (apparently Netgear doesn't work well with Spectrum Internet) and I rarely got a strong signal on our Smart TVs in the other rooms we figured why not give it a try. So glad we did!

After installing, my network has stopped buffering more than 90%. I had some difficulty installing bc I had a VPN on my cell phone. Google customer support was awesome, little to no wait, and stayed on the phone until all devices were live.
