Got this for my friend as a present, he brought it to Europe and had a blast

I bought the Karma and was pleased with its performance. Very nice. Unfortunately, I crashed the unit and had a very difficult time with GoPro's customer support. They are very hard to work with - unresponsive, slow and hard to communicate with. I would have given the Karma 4 stars but knock off two for the shi**ty customer support. One star off for its bulkiness compared to their competition.

Best drone have no problems excellent quality won’t regret it

I read the reviews on here so I got it because of the value you could get out of it. $400 camera $300 stick and it comes with the drone. So I'm review the drone only and it was the worst drone ive ever flown. It drift by itself and and it disconnects out of nowhere. The camera is great but the drown sucks trust me.

The very first day I bought it. Lost connection to the controller and flew away from me. Basically I lose the drone camera and everything. I got reimbursed through GoPro but that was not their regular protocol. Basically I got lucky if my I would be down 1300 dollars. If it didn't take so long to get the new go pro I would have return it and got my money back.

Constantly searching for GPS even in clear open field with no clouds in the sky. Can also become unresponsive during use. I'm an experienced drone pilot of over 7 years have flown dozens of types and these kinds of connection issues are inexcusable.

I was super excited when GoPro announced the rerelease of the Karma drone. I loved the idea of having the whole GoPro ecosystem included with this drone. Upon receiving this product, I noticed some damages on the Karma charger and the GoPro Hero5 camera. I've contacted GoPro customer service, and they continue to ignore my question about them sending used accessories with the new Karma drone. They say that since it doesn't effect the flying of the drone, they won't provide any form of compensation. Super frustrating! I've come to the conclusion that they are sending accessories that were initially sent out with the drone in September, before the recall, and now including them in the rereleased GoPro Karma bundle that is now being sold again. There is no other explanation for their blatant ignoring of my question and the damage on the included accessories. Could be a great product, but if you are posting this as a "NEW" product, please only include NEW items inside.

DJI makes better quality drones in my opinion.. gopro has some work to do to perfect this.

It's okay I like that you get the GoPro grip......

Looks great and feels great. But didn't like it at all. Always lost connection when it was in sight. Save you're time and money and get a dji. Not worth the money. And they charge a 15% restocking fee
