    I bought the karma after reading numerious reviews all I can say is they were very missleading. During time of purchase I loved that it came with a carry case and the hand held for the go pro, really it seemed like the best bang for the buck. WRONG!! The drone itself is very heavy in the back pack and not as easy to take places. The drone lands very hard. It almost seemed like it was crash landing every time. The biggest problem I had was that the device would constantly loose GPS signal. Numerous times it would tell me I was in a no fly zone when I was in my backyard. Later on I tried flying the drone and instead of hovering while my fingers were not controlling it, it flew to the left into my tree. The drone itself was fine but I broke the propellers. Bought new propellers and it was a super easy fix and it flew right away soon after it had the same problems. I exchanged it for the mavic pro and I'm so much happier. It's an all around way better product and machine. I never write reviews but I did this time because I didn't want anyone having the same issues as me. The karma is an all around expensive defective toy that needs to go through another recall because it has a lot of problems that need to be fixed.

    Question dronehead where did you locate GoPro Karma parts??? So I did not think ahead and duly crashed my Karma drone. (Beware old analogue antennas during return to base!) This happened in early March and had GoPro Care = zero help there. (don't waste your money) So now I looked to buy "replacement parts" Two front arms and a set of landing gear. They are not available to buy as I write 4/13/2017 still no sign of these part being available..

    I really wish this product would work as promoted. Purchased a Camera, Karma Drone as well as the GoPro Care. The drone won't take-off half the time for what is described as a 'compass interference'. On the seventh flight, the camera disconnected mid-flight and I have not been able to take-off again. All of this happened while on vacation. I made the investment for what I thought would be capturing priceless family memories. I purchased GoPro Care for what is described as 'Premium Customer Support'. I've been trying to reach customer support for over 90 minutes without any success. Chat does not work and when I press 'Option 3' on the customer support phone system the call automatically disconnects... just like the camera and Karma anytime I try to do something with them. The Karma phone support has been 'down' for almost a week. If this is the premium service that costs $149, I can't imagine what the normal service is like.
