Trash! Trash! Trash! I ha e 3 others and this one was the worst. Wouldn't stick to my tv no matter what I did or added. No help from manufacturer and all they said was m, buy glue. Really? Horrible product and service from Govee

Best Led Lights for beginners not bad just need a good setup.

Colors are not accurate. Sizing is also incorrect. If you like phillips hue products and want a cheaper alternative to the gradient lightstrip, this is not it.

I had been looking for a set of led to setup on my tv that would change with the picture to add that extra element while watching movies. These came very close to be being perfect a couple of things keep them from achieving that but overall they are very good solid lights. Let me start with the good very easy to install, setup was a bit more difficult as the instructions when calibrating the screen are not the easiest to understand but after messing around with them for a while I got it all set. And yes the camera stick out in front of your tv looks bad and does take a while to stop noticing it does offer solid performance. It’s not perfect and occasionally the color would not match up correctly but more often then not it matched and looked well. The brightness on them is pretty good I would like to have seen just a tad bit more to help when bright spots show up the tv the lights could match the Intensity a bit better but overall they are very solid. The app kind of sucks it has some good features like a timer to help turn off or on the lights but it needs some more fine tuning. Overall if you want some lights that change with the image and do not want to get that needs to run through hdmi these are definitely the be ones to get. The ones with the light bars I feel probably give you better performance but these work very well.

I would not get this product. It does not connect to matter what you do not waste your money on it.

I've seen videos online of things like this before and have always been apprehensive about the ability for them to do what the images seem to show that they do, but was willing to give it a shot. I've not had anything similar to this in the past but was always intrigued about the level of immersion it might offer. I was not disappointed. I have to say, for what it does and the ability for it to feel like it's "extending" the visual area of the screen, it is quite amazing. the added depth is really impressive. It's funny that in years past back when there was Tube TVs and you would drive by a house you'd see that 'glow' from a room where the TV was on, and the shifting images would change the color and movement of that glow. This is basically that but cranked to 11. To start, installation was really quite easy provided you have easy access to the back of your TV. The LED strips and camera stick on to the TV. I already had the Govee app installed for a different solution, so there was no effort required on my part for this, but I've always appreciated the simplicity of control of the LED strips from the Govee app. I really think this adds an amazing level of interest and depth to the shows being watched, and gives the illusion that the TV is larger than it seems. All in all, I recommend this for some additional immersion, particularly without having to buy a significantly larger TV.

What an awesome set of lights for our television in the garage. We converted our garage to a gaming, second living room area and this is the perfect addition to our television. We dont need to turn the big light on because now we have these beautiful strip lights to give just enough light at night. It is perfect. I didn't even know they made lights for the television. I love that you can change the light colors and sequence of the lights right in the app. My 4 year old gets a kick out of changing it. The lights were very easy to get on the television and set up. Everything you need is right in the box including a wipe to wipe down the back so the sticky will stick on easily. It really does work. They stuck on so easily and no indication that it will become loose. The app was easy to find and download and it works perfectly. I love that you can download an app instead of always having a remote you have to keep track of. The brain is also attached to the back of the television so you can use that too, but I love that an app is also available to make turning it on/off easier from where ever you are at in your house. What a wonderful invention.

I have got to say, I have been wanting/looking to get some immersion lighting for my television for a while, and price and ease of use has always been a hangup. Either I am going to have to pay through the nose for an incredibly overpriced setup, or I am going to need an electrical engineering degree to get it working. That is where the Govee Immersion kit comes in. Not only is it incredibly affordable, but setup was easy and quick. After unboxing everything, it was up and running in about ten minutes. On top of that, it looks fantastic. The colors are bright and clean, and they are accurate to the colors on the screen. There is almost no noticeable delay and it really adds to any movie or video game experience. The app also comes with a bunch of premade lighting themes that can really set the mood of the room even if there is nothing on the television. At first I was worried that the color capture camera would bother me but after a few days of having it installed, I don't notice it at all. Overall, I highly recommend these lights for anyone looking to enhance their television experience.
