I recently downloaded the app and it's stating it needs an update, when going to Apple store and or app setting it's stating I'm currently up to date . Unable to fully use the functions without the app

Pretty cool but died after 3 months

I set them up pretty easily in my son’s gaming area and it was really cool. Unfortunately they died after about 3 months. So that sucks, but they were cool while they worked

Great option for under cabinets

I did go out to an online retailer and ordered some screw in clips (10mm) to make sure they would stay secure under the cabinets. Installation was very easy. Connectivity to the Govee application was also very easy, and there are a number of very cool lighting options to choose from, including timers and automation. I will say, these are probably not the brightest lights, but they are plenty for what I was looking for. I plan to get another package to light above my cabinets as well, and my son liked them so much, I got him the same lights for his room as a Christmas present.

Highly recommend the rgbic pro light strip.

Awesome colors and combinations

These leds emit nicely and are coated to give off smooth effects. There are countless color combinations and using the app is a must to get the most out of this. Music mode is great for listening to music or watching concert videos. Highly recommend.
