Q: Hi . Can I get this and use it in India ??? Will it work ?
A: Hi Clement, thank you for your question.The light is compatible with a voltage range of 100-240V and includes a US plug.Please check your local voltage range first and change the plug to your local plug if you want to use it in India.
Q: can the lights be cut in any way? and what type of plug to they use
A: Any led strip can be cut. But the effects will still try to run on the part that isnt there any longer. Also use google to see where you should cut the strip, if you dont cut it at one of the connection points you will have some dead leds. Also you can reconnect if cut at the proper spot. Use picture for reference of cut spot.

Q: Can you cut the strip if you don’t need the full length?
A: Yes you can. Experiment cutting from the excess first so you understand how it lights up!
A: Yes you can sync this up with the govee dreamview feature, just be aware that the 50 foot version comes with two 25 foot led strands that are attached to the same sync controller. And if you want to set it up with dreamview to display colors from each side of the tv(left & right) you won't be able to because it mirrors the setting to both strands, so you can't setup say each side of the room to the zones of the tv for each 25 foot strand.. Below I included a picture of the app with the leds, noticed the neon rope leds have number zones assigned while the 50 foot RGBIC are left blank. because i have each 25 foot led going around each side of the room(one 25 foot goes around the left & the other goes around the right) i have them set blank which basically allows dreamview to use them still, but instead they are being used as if you had them setup to the ALL setting in dreamview instead of the PART setting where each zone would display the color for that numbered zones.. Wish i could have uploaded a video that better shows & explains this better..

A: Hello Don, thank you for your question. I am sorry that we do not have the seperare controller for the light strip. It is not suggested to cut and join the light with another controller.
